The Crossroads is at the center of all major retailers in the greater Kalamazoo area.

The Crossroads welcomes event inquiries from community organizations, youth groups, nonprofits, businesses, and independent event organizers interested in hosting events at the mall.&nbsp;Our space is well suited for a wide range of events, including vendor markets, hobby and collector shows, fundraisers, seasonal showcases, and organized group activities. Heart of the Mall: Community Food DriveGive from the Heart This Winter ❤️Join us for the Heart of the Mall Food Drive, a mall-wide effort to support Loaves and Fishes and help neighbors in need. A small act—like donating a canned good—can make a big difference.How You Can Participate<ul><li>Bring non-perishable canned food items when you visit the mall</li><li>Drop your donations at the donation box located outside the Mall Management Office, Monday–Friday until 4 PM</li><li>After 4 PM or on weekends, please bring donations to our Security Team down the same hallway</li><li>If assistance is needed, please call Security at 269-716-0743</li><li>All donations will be delivered directly to Loaves and Fishes after the campaign</li></ul>WhenDonation Collection: January 26 – February 28 Donations will be delivered to Loaves and Fishes by mid-MarchWhy It MattersEvery item donated helps Loaves and Fishes provide meals and hope for families in our community.
