Crossroads Mall 6650 South Westnedge Avenue at the Food Court
Saturday, November 7, 2026, 11 AM – 3 PM
The City of Portage Community Resource Expo is designed to connect citizens with trusted programs, services, and opportunities that support day-to-day community needs and the experience of visiting the multiple stores, boutiques, delectable eateries, and activities at Crossroads Mall.
The City of Portage is partnering with Crossroads Mall to host the Community Resource Expo in the Food Court on the upper level. This offers plenty of well-lit space, allowing the addition of organizations supporting Portage citizens. Saturday at midday brings maximum opportunity to reach people of all ages already visiting Crossroads Mall for a much higher traffic environment.
The date is prime for people desiring to be inside, perhaps for early holiday shopping, walking indoors, visiting new and existing eateries, and the all-age attractions at the new Zap Zone XL!
What you can expect:
- No charge to be a Vendor. A Vendor registration form will be forthcoming.
- Vendors will bring and remove their own booth (table and chairs).
- Set up begins at 10 AM with easy access to the Food Court.
- Vendors will be required to stay the duration, 11 AM– 3 PM.
- Vendors are encouraged to showcase organizational demonstrations or host games for a drawing of goods or services by your organization, at your booth/table.
- Expansion of participating local non-profit organizations and opportunities (potentially, a food drive, blood drive, veterans’ services, etc.)
- New Logo and greatly increased marketing and outreach to the public.
