When Grampa's started in 2011, our objective was, and continues still today, to bring to you, a unique, freshly made pasty, by way of local farmers markets. We chose the name "Grampas" as an acronym for "The Great American Pasty & Pie Co" and most importantly because Chef Gerard (now retired) has taught all his grandchildren to cook.
With our English/South African heritage, we began this journey with our very own "English pot pie". However, in keeping with Michigan tradition, the "yooper pasty" has become our much-loved signature product.
Our goal is to bring to you an excellent "fresh" product, at a reasonable price!
